Terms of Service
Last updated 27 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Volume. They are deliberately short and in plain language. By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
What the service does
Volume monitors public posts from TikTok accounts you nominate, identifies content formats that are performing well, and generates draft posts in those formats. Drafts are placed in your TikTok inbox for you to review. You decide what gets published.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. One person or business per account unless you are on a plan that explicitly includes multiple accounts.
You are responsible for what you post
Everything Volumeproduces is a draft. You review it, you decide whether to publish it, and you are responsible for it once it is live — including that it is accurate, that any claims in it are ones you can stand behind, and that it complies with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and any advertising rules that apply to you.
Where a draft contains AI-generated imagery, you must leave the disclosure toggle enabled. Labelling synthetic content is a requirement of the platforms, not a preference of ours.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Volume to:
- Publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Impersonate another creator or brand, or pass off another account's content as your own.
- Operate bot networks, farm accounts, or otherwise breach the terms of any platform you connect.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as your own.
- Attempt to extract our underlying data, reverse-engineer the service, or circumvent usage limits.
We may suspend accounts that do these things, and we will tell you why.
Third-party platforms
Volume connects to TikTok and, later, other platforms. Those platforms are independent of us. Their APIs, rate limits and policies change without our involvement, and a change on their side may reduce or interrupt what Volume can do. We are not responsible for those changes, though we will work around them where we can.
Your use of TikTok remains governed by TikTok’s own terms. You can revoke our access from TikTok at any time.
Competitor data
The service analyses publicly available information about accounts you nominate, obtained through a third-party public-data provider. We analyse it to inform your content; we do not republish it, and drafts are generated from structural patterns rather than copied text.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee views, followers, downloads, or revenue. Nobody controls a recommendation algorithm and anyone claiming otherwise is selling you something. We help you see what is working and act on it faster; the outcome is not ours to promise.
We also do not offer per-post revenue attribution. Nearly all TikTok referral traffic arrives without a referrer, so any such figure would be a guess presented as a fact.
Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months. If we change prices we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days’ notice.
Your content stays yours
You own everything you create, including drafts we generate for you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content only to operate the service for you. We may use aggregated, de-identified patterns to improve the product, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost profits or lost reach.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using Volumeand delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or discontinue the service with 30 days’ notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period.
Changes
If we materially change these terms we will notify account holders by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
